The mission of the Human Resources Department is to provide timely, efficient, quality services and support in the areas of recruitment, training, employee relations and benefits, compensation, records maintenance, policy development and implementation, safety/risk management, and employee wellness.  We strive to serve all County employees and citizens by providing quality human resources services, equal employment opportunities, and a safe and healthy work environment.
