The duty of the Assessment
Office is to list, appraise,
and assess all property in
the County in accordance
with the provisions of the
law. The Assessment Office
appraises and determines
values on real property, personal property, and
business property in
preparation for annual
billing
in July. Licensed motor
vehicles registered through
the Department of Motor Vehicles are billed on
a monthly basis. |
