Surry County has always been a community in which citizens take  pride in their involvement with enhancing the quality of life.  This program is designed to foster this rich tradition of giving.  It outlines items that can be dedicated to a loved one or family, business, civic group, club or individual.  Not only will it serve as a lasting memorial in Surry's first County Park, but it offers a tax deductible opportunity to those who give.  The tradition of community involvement is the foundation of our County.  We hope this opportunity to give will ensure continued recreational excellence for everyone to appreciate and enjoy.

The Gifts Catalog is designed to foster these rich traditions of giving by identifying needed items available for special recognition. This is a wonderful opportunity for an individual, group or corporation to leave a "Legacy of Recreation." Your tax deductible donation will memorialize, honor or recognize your support in making Fisher River Park a reality.

Your gift will be gratefully accepted and your generosity gladly recognized by a letter and a certificate of appreciation.  Recognition will also be given in public news releases and subsequent Gift Catalogs.  Where possible, a commemorative plaque or sign will be attached to the item donated bearing the name or the phrase desired by the donor.  Confidentiality will also be respected if you so choose.
