The County is involved in the creation of residential water and sewer districts as well as the provision of utilities for economic development such as the I-77/I-74 Water and Sewer District by working with the four municipalities within the county. Although the county does not possess either a water or wastewater plant, we have secured these services thru contracts with our municipalities.
